Extended access
Everyone in England will now benefit from access to general practice appointments in the evenings and weekends at a time that is most convenient to them. This is part of a national drive to help improve access to general practice and get the best possible outcomes for patients. Further information is available on the NHS England website.
Patients who are registered at this practice can now book an appointment to see a range of clinicians including GPs and nurses on weekday evenings (after 6.30pm) or at the weekend (on Saturday and Sundays 8am till noon). All appointments will take place at Clee Medical Centre.
A Number of different surgeries in North East Lincolnshire participate in these extended access appointments so you may not necessarily see a GP or Nurse from Clee Medical Centre.
You can book routine review appointments for the following:
COPD / Asthma / Diabetic / Cervical Screening / Contraception renewals and many more depending on the clinician working the Clinic that week.
You can also book our extended access clinics for routine Health Care appointments these include Blood tests / Blood Pressure checks / B12 Injections and so on.
These appointments are booked in advanced and access to the surgery will only be granted if you have an appointment booked via Intercom.
